George Hatfield Jr., is an experienced, self-motivated professional with over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service and is a member of the International Facility Management Association. As a project manager Mr. Hatfield has exceeded expectation as a decisive leader, a people manager, contract negotiator, and developer of new business. Mr. Hatfield celebrates a strong testimonial and because of his reputation has garnered new business by word-of-mouth. He successfully manages over 30 employees for 59 locations throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. His day-to-day management includes training, inspections, daily scheduling and planning. As an Operations Manager he keeps a close eye on budgetary and customer service concerns.
